PENSACOLA, Fla. (WKRG) — A man originally from Mexico has pleaded guilty to identity theft and passport fraud, according to a news release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Northern District of Florida.

15 Pensacola residents arrested in drug trafficking operation: FDLE

Carlos Dominguez Lopez, 36, applied for a U.S. passport at the Escambia County Clerk of Court Office in July 2022. He allegedly used another person’s birth certificate and ID card.
