According to the Escambia County Jail website, Greg Nesmith was released late on the afternoon of Nov. 24.
Former Escambia Sheriff’s Deputy Greg Nesmith was booked into the Escambia County Jail shortly after 9 p.m. on Nov. 23 on two counts of vehicular homicide negligent manslaughter and he is being held on $40,000 bond, according to the Escambia County Jail website.
