The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) West Florida Chapter is proud to announce the recipients of its 2025 National Philanthropy Day Awards. The eight honorees were celebrated at a special ceremony on Thursday, Nov. 20, at the Museum of Commerce.
National Philanthropy Day, observed annually on November 15, recognizes individuals and organizations whose generous contributions of time, talent, and resources have made a transformative impact on the community. This year’s recipients represent excellence across the full spectrum of philanthropic leadership—from businesses and foundations to volunteers and emerging youth leaders.
“Our chapter is incredibly grateful to be able to host this event again and celebrate the remarkable generosity in our community,” said Elizabeth Gray Chapter President of AFP West Florida. “We love our community, and we deeply appreciate everyone who is doing the hard work to make Northwest Florida a better place. An extra special congratulations to this year’s recipients—your dedication and impact inspire us all.”

The Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), an international organization comprised of over 30,000 fundraisers in more than 230 chapters from around the world works to advance philanthropy through advocacy, research, education, and certification programs.
