ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WALA) – The Florida Highway Patrol says two people were seriously hurt, one of them a pregnant woman who lost her child, in a traffic accident in Escambia County Sunday morning.
FHP says the accident happened about 1:00 a.m. Sunday morning on U.S. Highway 29.
It says on 11/30/2025, a black in color Ford F150 pickup truck was traveling northbound on U.S. Highway 29, while approaching Neal Road and a white in color GMC Sierra was traveling southbound on U.S. Highway 29, while approaching Neal Road. The 17-year-old operator of the white in color pickup truck attempted to make a left turn from U.S. Highway 29 onto Neal Road, thus resulting in the two vehicles colliding.
