Three subdivision projects, including one new proposal, were approved throughout November that will add over 200 homes to Escambia County.
The subdivisions are under development in Cantonment, Northwest Pensacola and Warrington, respectively, and each project was approved on Nov. 18 by Escambia’s Development Review Committee. Collectively, the projects will add 167 single-family homes and 70 townhomes to the community.
