Navarre community rallies to replace mistakenly scrapped Christmas tree at fire station

NAVARRE, Fla. — The community of Navarre rallied together after a Christmas tree was mistakenly scrapped at the Navarre Beach Fire Rescue station on Friday.

Just minutes after the station announced their 22-foot tree had been mistakenly discarded from the roof of the station by a contractor who assumed it was scrap, businessman James Dabney donated a 13-foot Douglas fir.
