Father of victim in Escambia County child murders case speaks out as death penalty pursued

PENSACOLA, Fla. — The State Attorney’s Office is pursuing the death penalty against the man charged in a recent double homicide in Escambia County.

John Henry Walston is charged with two counts of premeditated murder, among other charges, after the sheriff’s office says he admitted to killing two children who were staying the night at his home.
