Pensacola man faces up to five years in prison for shooting neighbors dogs

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — A 23-year-old Pensacola man has been convicted of aggravated animal abuse and discharging a firearm on a residential property after shooting at his neighbor’s dogs despite them not being aggressive or on his property in 2024, according to the release.

Joseph Henry Broxson was arrested on Dec. 30, 2024, for the shooting of his neighbors’ 1-year-old dog, Tank, which occurred on Dec. 29, 2024.
