Pensacola’s Lobster Cage may not have a massive menu, but it does have one thing—a darn good lobster roll that’s consistently tasty every time. For Pensacola, that was enough to fall in love with when they opened in 2023 and to carry the restaurant through 2025. Now, over 40,000 lobster rolls later, co-owners Dale Johnson and Tang Milstead have expanded into a new, larger location on their same strip at 9200 N. Palafox St.
If you walk a few doors down to their new spot, you’ll still find the same nautical décor, neon red lobster signs beckoning seafood lovers inside—but you’ll notice a much more spacious dining room and kitchen, and an eye-catching golf simulator.
Not only will the added space allow dine-in customers to spread out more comfortably, but it will also finally allow Johnson to fulfill his dream of offering a state-of-the-art indoor golf league.
