ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — A house fire in Escambia County on Wednesday night has added an eighth red bulb in the “Keep the Wreath Green” campaign, Escambia County Fire Rescue said.

ECFR was called to the 50 block of Voda Court around 6:45 p.m. Dec. 24 for a residential fire. When firefighters arrived, they saw flames and smoke coming from the back of the home.
They were able to get the fire under control by 7:06 p.m. with no injuries reported. The house will be ready for occupancy after some repairs. In the meantime, the American Red Cross is assisting the residents.
