PENSACOLA, Fla. — On New Year’s Eve, Downtown Pensacola is set to have fireworks again after a two-year hiatus.
Funding and the groups responsible for the New Year’s Eve festivities downtown have changed nearly every year since 2015. That was the last time the Pelican dropped.
