Pensacola teen pleads guilty after being caught with machine gun

A 19-year-old Pensacola man pleaded guilty to federal machine gun possession charges after receiving parts in a package from China, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced Dec. 30.

Tre’Veonce Sanders pleaded guilty in federal court to possession of a machine gun, possession of an unregistered firearm and possession with the intent to distribute marijuana.

Homeland Security Investigations were notified in August that a package shipped from China was destined for Sanders’ home that contained a machine gun conversion device…
