Police, deputies shut down theft ring at UWF involving e-bikes and scooters

PENSACOLA, Fla. — A theft ring at the University of West Florida has been shut down thanks to a collaboration between UWF Police and the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office.

UWF Police put out the announcement on Tuesday, saying that “over the past two months, numerous e-bikes and scooters were stolen, impacting our students and campus community.”
