Escambia County boat ramp temporarily closed

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — An Escambia County boat ramp is set to close for maintenance, according to an Escambia County news release.

Cruise ship out of Florida hit by norovirus outbreak; 94 affected

Bill Dickson Boat Ramp at 3151 Fenceline Road will be closed beginning today, Jan. 14, and will be closed until further notice.

While the boat ramp is closed, boaters can launch from the following alternate boat launches:

  • Galvez Landing Boat Ramp, 5820 Cruzat Way
  • Mahogany Mill Boat Ramp, 1251 Mahogany Mill Road
  • Perdido Bay Boat Ramp, 10808 Lillian Highway
