ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — The Florida Department of Health has awarded the University of West Florida a contract that will help provide evaluations for colorectal cancer throughout the state.

According to a UWF news release, evaluations for Florida’s Colorectal Cancer Control Program will take place over four years, with UWF receiving $260,000.
