ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — Jalynda Smith, 36, has been arrested for aggravated manslaughter of a child after Escambia County Sheriff’s Office detectives said she deprived her 5-year-old son of food and water, which they believe led to his death.
