Developer asks Escambia County commissioners to take back 160 acres of OLF-8 property

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — Escambia County commissioners are being asked to consider keeping a large section of land they agreed to sell nearly a year ago.

Chad Henderson, the developer who purchased OLF-8 in Beulah for more than $40 million, is asking the county to agree to take back 160 acres of the property.
