PENSACOLA, Fla. (WKRG) — A Mexican citizen has been sentenced in Florida for aggravated identity theft, according to the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Florida John P. Heekin.

Carlos Dominguez Lopez, 36, of Mexico, was sentenced to two years in federal prison after he pleaded guilty to false statement in an application for a U.S. passport and aggravated identity theft.
