Florida Highway Patrol troopers discovered a dead Texas man inside of a semi-truck in Santa Rosa County Feb. 17.
Troopers responded to Interstate 10 near mile marker 28 for a welfare check on the semi-truck’s driver, a 49-year-old from Wharton, Texas.
“Upon arrival the occupant of the semi was found unconscious and pronounced deceased by EMS personnel,” an FHP report said. “At this time there does not appear to be signs of foul play.”…
