UPDATE (7:39 a.m.): A news release from a PPD spokesperson states that the victim is in stable condition. The release also states that the cyclist was traveling southbound on 14th Avenue near Gregory Street when they failed to stop at the stop sign.
The E-Biker rider was cited for running the stop sign.
