ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WDAM) – The William Carey University track team was shown some Florida hospitality after its charter bus broke down on I-10 in Escambia County, Florida, on Thursday morning.
While making their way to a track meet in Gainesville, Fla., the bus broke down in a construction area. The bus had no air-conditioning, so the students were stuck in the sweltering 75-degree Florida heat.
