BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WALA) – A Summerdale man was arrested after he allegedly placed a tracking device in a victim’s vehicle, according to court records.
Court documents state Luke Jones placed a TK Star GPS tracking device in another person’s vehicle without their knowledge.
