Pensacola man charged with murdering prison cellmate while serving time for 2016 killing

SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. — A Pensacola man serving time for a 2016 killing is now charged with murdering his cellmate in the Santa Rosa Correctional Institution.

Nicholas O’Quinn, 35, was booked into Santa Rosa County Jail in late January on a second-degree murder charge. He remains in jail with a hold for the Florida Department of Corrections.
