ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — A report from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers says pieces of military history are being detected on land and off the coast of Fort Pickens.
Now, Escambia County is issuing a public notice about the munitions. They want to help the public make informed decisions when in those areas. It’s common to find historic munitions near military facilities.
