Popular North Carolina-based restaurant, Cook Out, could be expanding its footprint into Santa Rosa County after purchasing the former Ollie’s Neighborhood Grill in Milton.
In a Feb. 20 sale, Cook Out purchased the deed to the former Ollie’s at 6180 Highway 90, according to Santa Rosa County property records.
