ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — An Escambia County man is facing felony charges after an incident at a school bus stop.
The sheriff’s office says 36-year-old Errice Rutledge is in jail on charges of indecent exposure and lewd and lascivious behavior in the presence of a victim under the age of 16.
