Charter Captain Gavin Nelson, who uses the ramp daily for his business, said the closure creates logistical challenges for him and his customers.
“So I’m a charter captain, and I use this ramp every day. I pick my customers up here, and I drop them off here every day. So, it’ll definitely impact me this week while it’s closed. I’ll have to use another ramp and maybe figure out another place for my customers to park,” Nelson said. “This is the first day of it, so we’re trying to get the routine down right now.”…
