SANTA ROSA COUNTY, Fla. — A man who slipped and fell down a bluff near the Kennedy Bridge on the Blackwater River had to be rescued Monday afternoon after he was injured and unable to climb out.
The Blackman Fire District was requested to respond to a medical emergency at about 4:40 p.m.
