ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WEAR) — An uncle is charged with the death of his 3-year-old nephew this week in Escambia County.
The sheriff’s office announced Friday that 28-year-old Samuel Antonio Maldonado Erazo is charged with negligent manslaughter. He was booked into jail on Thursday around 11:30 p.m.
