PENSACOLA, Florida — Devon Mae Witryk, a 28-year-old from Pensacola, Florida, has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of child neglect.
Witryk appeared for her arraignment in federal court before United States Magistrate Judge Zachary C. Bolitho in Pensacola.
