MILTON, Fla. — A Milton couple is charged with child neglect after their 11-year-old son was hospitalized in December weighing just 36 pounds, according to an arrest report.
Brandon Palmore, 40, and Shantell Palmore, 38, were both arrested last Thursday in Santa Rosa County on a felony charge of child neglect with great bodily harm.
