Pace man pleads guilty to selling unregulated animal medications

PENSACOLA, Fla. (WKRG) — A Pace man has pleaded guilty to charges of selling unregulated animal medication, according to U.S. Attorney John P. Heekin.

According to a news release from the United States Attorney’s Office, Northern District of Florida, 51-year-old Scott Robinson pleaded guilty in federal court to two counts of Drug Adulteration.

Court documents showed that between 2022 and 2025, Robinson advertised and sold the animal drug toltrazuril through his website to people across the United States.

“Under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, toltrazuril is deemed an adulterated new animal drug, which is subject to specific requirements for its production, labeling, and sale,” the release said…
