PENSACOLA, Fla. — Three Pensacola residents are facing federal charges after a grand jury indictment alleging a scheme involving bank fraud, a false passport, and identity theft on Tuesday.
49-year-old Donny Bernard Ross, 39-year-old Elizabeth Ann Rogers, and 23-year-old Vontavius Jamaal Bradley, all of Pensacola, were indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of conspiracy to commit bank fraud, use of a false passport, and aggravated identity theft.
