ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. (WKRG) — A traffic crash in Escambia County led to the arrest of a driver, but not for what you might think. The driver had been using a fake ID for 30 years, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Pensacola couple navigates loss of their unborn baby following car accident

According to an FHP news release, troopers responded to a crash just after midnight at Rue Max Street and Barrancas Avenue.

A 54-year-old man with a Pensacola address was driving a minivan in the area of Rue Max Street and Barrancas Avenue when he allegedly hit a 44-year-old Pensacola man riding a bicycle. The bicyclist was seriously injured and was taken to a hospital.
