ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — Deputies arrested a carjacking suspect on Friday following a chase that ended with a PIT maneuver in Escambia County.
32-year-old Parcardin Gandy is now also charged with aggravated fleeing and eluding, and having an attached tag that was unassigned.
According to the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office, Gandy — who had multiple felony warrants — fled from deputies in a black Chevrolet Impala bearing a tag not assigned to the vehicle. The pursuit ended on Glendora Drive after a successful PIT maneuver…
