The National Flight Academy, located on the premises of the National Naval Aviation Museum, Pensacola, FL, continues its immersive STEM learning program for students, offering a summer experience that places participants inside a simulated aircraft carrier environment. Unlike traditional classroom-based STEM programs, the academy places students in a large-scale training facility known as AMBITION CVT-11, a four-story aircraft carrier simulator designed for interactive learning. During the program, students work in teams and take part in mission-based scenarios that require them to apply science, technology, engineering, and mathematics concepts while solving problems under time pressure.
