Community members will be asked to submit documents, photos, affidavits and anecdotal stories to show where they believe the public has historically had access to Perdido Key beaches.
The request is the latest step in a long-running discussion by the Escambia County Board of Commissioners of the contentious issue of allowing customary use on the beaches of Perdido Key.
