ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. — A man was arrested on DUI charges and detained by ICE after authorities found him passed out behind the wheel of a locked pickup truck early Sunday at a Pensacola intersection, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers say the incident happened at about 2:55 a.m. on Delano Street at the intersection of North Pace Boulevard in Escambia County.
