Santa Rosa Medical Center Honors Physicians on National Doctors’ Day with Donations to Local Charitable Organizations

For the fourth consecutive year, Santa Rosa Medical Center commemorated

National Doctors’ Day in a meaningful way, honoring the physicians who serve at the hospital. In lieu of traditional gifts, SRMC made charitable contributions to four local organizations in recognition of its dedicated medical staff.

Observed annually on March 30, National Doctors’ Day is an opportunity to celebrate physicians for the vital role they play in improving the health and well-being of our community. This year, the medical staff at Santa Rosa Medical Center marked the occasion by hosting a special reception and presenting donations to four deserving local charities.

  • A total of $6,000 was distributed among the organizations:
  • ● $1,000 was presented to Healthy Start Coalition of Santa Rosa County, Inc.
  • ● $1,000 was presented to Life Options Clinic
  • ● $2,000 was presented to Set Free Refuge, Inc.
  • ● $2,000 was presented to The Arc of the Emerald Coast
