The city of Orange Beach is planning to sell its 18,000-square-foot Orange Beach Event Center at 4671 Wharf Parkway W., to The Wharf in a proposal worth more than $5.5 million, according to city officials.
The center is adjacent to The Wharf and hosts more than 100 events a year.
