PENSACOLA, Fla. — A 31-year-old Fort Walton Beach man is awaiting sentencing after pleading guilty in Pensacola to stealing customers’ payment card information while working at a Destin Wendy’s.
Marcus Bernard Clark pleaded guilty in federal court to fraudulent use of 15 or more access devices and aggravated identity theft, according to the release.
