ORANGE BEACH, Ala. (WKRG) — Just days after four men were rescued from the dark waters of the Gulf, their boat has washed up on the beach in Gulf Shores.

Saturday evening, the Annie Girl charter boat received a distress call from the owner of a 26-foot Cobia center console, saying the engine was dead and they were taking on water.

Being the closest to the stranded boaters, Annie Girl Captain Tony Bearden changed course and headed to the rescue. He and his crew arrived just moments before the boat capsized, dumping its passengers in the water…
