A motorcyclist was seriously hurt after they tried to avoid a car that made an illegal U-turn in Philadelphia’s Tioga neighborhood on Saturday, police said.
The crash happened at the intersection of 17th Street and Allegheny Avenue at around 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 30, police told NBC10.
