Residents in Philadelphia’s Olney neighborhood were without water for hours due to a fire hydrant that flooded their street as well as a broken water main.
A fire started on Friday around 2 p.m. along the 200 block of Sheldon Street. While the fire was placed under control, a fire hydrant remained running, sending water gushing down the street in the area.
