City Councilwoman Katherine Gilmore Richardson spoke at the recent Fox Chase Town Watch and Civic Association meeting, focusing on two recently passed bills she sponsored.
Richardson, of Wynnefield, is in her second term as an at-large member. She serves as majority leader and Democratic leader of the 52nd Ward.
