NORRISTOWN — A Norristown man admitted to hitting a 7-year-old boy in his care with a phone charging cord on multiple occasions as punishment when the child accidentally defecated on himself.
Manuel “Bam” McClellan, 39, of the 300 block of East Marshall Street, pleaded guilty in Montgomery County Court to a felony charge of endangering the welfare of a child and a misdemeanor charge of possession of an instrument of crime in connection with incidents that occurred in 2024.
