After a quiet Father’s Day weekend, get ready for a potentially noisy Monday weather-wise.
The ingredients will be on the table for some severe storms and flooding downpours Monday afternoon and evening across our area. Now it’s not yet clear if and where those ingredients will come together just right, but we should all be weather aware for severe storm potential later Monday.
The storms will be scattered, likely hitting some areas hard, while other areas remain largely unscathed. If storms form, they may tend to organize in small clusters or lines, which means it won’t be a widespread rain for everyone, but localized very heavy rain within these clusters.
