Nearly a year after the last Rite Aid stores in the Philadelphia region shut their doors, the chain’s familiar buildings are still scattered across the landscape. Some locations still sit empty, while others are slowly finding new life, Erin McCarthy reports for The Philadelphia Inquirer.
