Action News has learned that homicide detectives are attempting to question a homeowner where a contractor was shot and killed, but haven’t been able to get much information about what led to the deadly shooting.
The contractor, identified by police as 20-year-old Salis Hanrahan, was fatally shot Wednesday afternoon.
