Building partially collapses after severe storm rips through Philly region

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A severe storm blew through the Philadelphia region Saturday afternoon, damaging homes and downing trees.

In West Philadelphia, a roof was partially ripped away from a home on 55th and Vine streets.
